Recently I was over at Shoretown Ballpark in Lakewood and I commented on how things have progressed around the area of the stadium with several very big projects now either completed or near completion. This will obviously bring business opportunities and jobs to Ocean County as this area continues to progress.

As we see this construction continue and businesses move into the area, we see opportunities for local employers to expand. When I was in the area last week I saw new premier office space coming soon to this project. In billboard advertisements, the new building looks to offer 75,000 square feet of office space.

In the last several years there has been a business boom along Cedar Bride and New Hampshire avenues in Lakewood. In the past few years, we have seen the addition of a QuickChek, a shopping center, Ocean Healthcare, a banking complex, and LTC Consulting Services corporate headquarters which is a medical billing and skilled nursing facility management company.

In addition, the area has seen residential housing, office space, and a kosher supermarket being added to the area. So as you can see this has become a very busy area of Ocean County.

So if you are a business in Ocean or Monmouth Counties and you are searching for office space for your business this may be an opportunity you may be interested in.
