It has been over a month since category 4 Hurricane Ian tore through parts of Florida and the Caribbean.

It feels like just yesterday.

Whenever natural disasters like this one occur, it is important for all of us to come together to help.

Luckily, I know the perfect way how.

Your job? To party for a good cause.

Coming up on Saturday, November 12th, there will be a Hurricane Ian fundraiser at the Beachcomber in Seaside Heights.

The event will take place from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and guess what, I will be hosting.

94.3 The Point will also be in site with games, prizes and swag.

The day will include a gift auction, entertainment by Shore Nuff, a 50/50, a buffet and one specialty drink!

I love these types of events. The gifts and prizes you can win usually make my day.

If you buy the tickets in advance, they cost $30.00.

If you buy them at the door, the price gets bumped up to $35.00.
