NY Mets Minor Leaguer Tim Tebow Homers On First Pitch

The Mets surprised everyone by signing Tim Tebow to a minor league contract. Even though this is clearly a promotional stunt (Tebow told the Mets he wouldn't be available for all Instructional League games due to his previous commitment to the SEC Network), it does seem that Tebow has the athletic ability to swing a bat.
