Lavallette Beach is Open Once Again

The beaches in Lavallette are officially open for sunbathers. The boardwalk in Lavallette will remain closed until further notice.

The decision for Lavallette to reopen came at a 3-3 split vote by town officials which had to be broken by Mayor LaCicero

According to Shorebeat:

The resolution reopens beaches Tuesday morning and requires beachgoers to practice social distancing, keeping six feet apart and not gathering in large groups, however, masks will not be required.
