If you've lived in Jersey for even a short amount of time, odds are you're familiar with JBJ's Soul Kitchen. It's a non-profit run by Dorothea Bongiovi and her husband, Jon Bon Jovi, you may have heard of him.

The kitchen is unique in the sense that it uses a pay-it-forward method when it comes to meals; you can either pay for a meal for someone else, or you can volunteer your time to pay for your own meal if you don't have money and are looking for some help.
