For a while now, if you've driven through Beachwood on 9, odds are you've driven past the old Farm Store across the street from CVS. This bold red building, with a built-in drive-thru, has been vacant for years.

At one point, it was a legit farm store, selling fresh dairy products, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and other convenience items. Now, it just sits collecting dust, which is a shame because it's a good building, in a really good location for some sort of business.

The Farm Store Is Now For Rent In Beachwood, NJ

The other day, driving into Toms River, I noticed that there was a 'for rent' sign out front of the building, as well as taped onto the door.

It got me thinking, 'What would you want to see move into the former farm store?' Would you want another little to-go restaurant to move in? Would you want another drive-thru convenience store to open up? Or, maybe, you have an idea for a new original business idea that Beachwood hasn't seen before.
