Pound Out Parkinson's is getting ready to take over Toms River, and you're invited. If you're not familiar with Pound events, it's a high-intensity workout where you basically air-drum for cardio; it's a ton of fun.
Lisa Pepper, who organizes and runs the Pound Out events, has in the past raised money for Breast Cancer research with the Pound for Pink events, and this time around is raising money for Parkinson's research.
