There aren't a ton of perks living 40 feet in the open air on a rainy, windy day like this, but one of the few positives is the view. For example, when the Ocean County Sheriff's Office stopped by lights & sirens blazing, only one person gets to see it from above.

Truth be told, I had to come down a few times (partly because of the weather), but mostly to say hi and shake the hands of some of the amazing people who came by to donate. Check out some of the group shots including the Ocean County Sheriff's Office and the Martin Truex Jr Foundation, who donated $15,000!
