Retailers Wanted For This Busy Toms River, NJ Strip Mall
We could see some big changes coming to the Toms River Mall off 37 in the near future, and it's pretty exciting.
If you're not familiar with the Toms River Mall, it sits right off 37 and is home to the anchor store Big Lots, as well as the Northern Ocean Habitat Restore.
It's also home to the Retro Fitness I work out at each day, so if you go there too be sure to say hi!
And when I say mall, it's a strip mall but the sign just calls it the Toms River Mall.
Over the past few weeks though I've noticed more and more signs ending up in the windows of some of the surrounding stores that aren't Big Lots and the Restore.
Next to the H&R Block, there's a for lease sign in one of the windows, and right next to the Rent-A-Center, there's also a for lease sign.
And that space is pretty massive.
What Should Open Up In The Toms River Mall?
If you could have anything come to Toms River, what would you want to see?
This is a pretty busy area, so I'd like to think whatever were to take over the vacant spots would do pretty well.
A new restaurant in there could be pretty cool, or maybe a local brewery looking to open up a little tasting room could be fun too.
Maybe something like a Good Will would be cool, it'd be right next to the Restore which sells used furniture so having a place that sells slightly used clothes next door could be good.
What do you think should move in?
