Ocean County Supermarkets Offering Free Ice & Water to Those With

If you are an Ocean County resident and are still without power from last night's storm, Shoprite and Acme are giving free ice and water to JCP&L customers who have been affected.

Officials have been saying that it can take days for power to return to certain parts of the Jersey Shore

The following supermarkets are offering free ice & water:

ShopRite, 860 Fischer Blvd., Toms River
ShopRite, 260 N County Line Road, Jackson
ShopRite, Rt 9 & 1st Street, Lanoka Harbor
ShopRite, 297 NJ-72, Manahawkin
ShopRite, 1001 Rt-70, West Manchester Township
ShopRite, 501 S Main St., Suite 100, Waretown
Acme, 912 West Bay Ave., Barnegat
Acme, 18 Broadway Rd, Browns Mills
Acme, 5 Ortley Plaza, Seaside Heights

According to the Toms River Patch, you must show identification with your address and provide a telephone number that's linked to your JCP&L account.
