An attorney from Freehold has been arrested after trying to enter the Middlesex County Superior Courthouse with a loaded handgun, announced Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Middlesex County Sheriff Mildred S. Scott.
Mark Jander, 29, who does not have a permit to carry a firearm, was charged with one count of unlawful possession of a weapon.
