Derek Jeter is Back in Baseball…Sort Of

And it would not be as a player but as an owner. Over the last week or so, there have been rumblings about Derek Jeter teaming up with Former Florida Governor/Presidential Candidate Jeb Bush to purchase the Miami Marlins.

Today, that became closer to reality....The Jeter-Bush Group won an auction to buy the Miami Marlins.  At this point the deal is "non-binding", and no word on how much they will be paying for the team.
