Ok so I’m looking over the menu and I’m torn between the Hamtastic (gigantic ham sub with imported ham, provolone, bacon, roasted red peppers and creamy Dijon mustard) or the LBI lobster roll (fresh lobster, avocado, Mayo and tomato). Both sound fantastic.

Wait, what am I talking about? It’s the new Mystic Meat and Seafood Market in Tuckerton. This new eatery in Southern Ocean County had their Grand Opening on Thursday, February 25th. The market returns and folks are saying YES, it’s time!

Let’s face it: the more that local businesses can move forward and re-open and we the consumers can enjoy, the better!

Mystic Meat and Seafood Market is located at 11 East Main Street in Tuckerton.

Mystic Meat and Seafood Market

Who's ready for a lobster roll? Lobster rolls have become so popular these days and if you haven’t had one you do not know what you are missing. Fresh lobster with toppings and sauce on a bun. It’s simple and simply delicious! Wikipedia  posts that according to the "Encyclopedia of American Food and Drink" the lobster roll originated as a hot dish at an eatery named Perry's in Milford, Connecticut, as early as 1929. By the way speaking of “New England” the Mystic Meat and Seafood Market also has Lobster Bisque and New England Clam Chowder... yes please, to BOTH!
