A few months ago we got a chance to meet Chris Barlow from Big Barlow's BBQ located in Barnegat.

We gave away some gift cards on the air for a few weeks, and then he stopped into the studio to say hey, and let us try some of his amazing bbq food. Amazing is an understatement!!

Chris is always trying to outdo himself by coming up with some fantastic dishes like his brisket stuffed pickle...Yes, you read that correctly. He takes his brisket and stuffs it into a pickle, deep-fries it, and then smothers it with cheese.

Big Barlow's newest creation...The Mighty Memphis Burger!

The Mighty Memphis Burger consists of a 1lb hamburger, 1lb of pulled pork, a 1/2 lb of bacon, frizzled onions, cheddar, and beer cheese sauce.

As of right now, it is only available on Friday, and it is actually big enough to last you the entire weekend.
