However, just a little further North, in Manasquan, is where you'll find Joe Leone's Centro: a stripped-down version of Joe Leone's that focuses on fresh, made-to-order sandwiches.

And according to Travel Mag, this is where you may find one of the best sandwiches the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Fresh bread, fresh meats and cheeses, and it's all piled high when you order it. Joe Leone's Centro also does specialty sandwiches, like the JL Cuban Pinsa, which looks pretty tasty.
