Cat Cafes have been all the rage for the past few years, places where you can pay a couple of bucks to spend some time hanging out with kittens and cats that are up for adoption. There are a few of those in Toms River, my favorite is LIDA, that's where my wife and I found our little cat Beignet.

LIDA, by the way, is free to check out, and you can just walk in and hang out with the cats they have up for adoption.
