Another sign we are getting closer to spring is the re-opening businesses in some of our beach communities here in Ocean County. Once we begin to see the lights back on in places like Point Pleasant Beach, Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, Lavallette, Ortley Beach, Ship Bottom, Beach Haven, Manahawkin, Tuckerton etc. we begin to feel closer to spring and then summer.

Like we mentioned recently, the Ocean County St. Patrick’s Day Parade is like our unofficial kickoff to spring. The parade is coming on Saturday, March 12th in Seaside Heights. Well one week earlier a yummy return will take place in Seaside Heights on March the 5th.

I must admit I do enjoy tacos and I prefer “soft” tacos but love both varieties. I wouldn’t say I like the hottest sauce available, but I prefer something between mild and fire 🔥 lol somewhere between kinda hot to pretty hot lol how about you? What’s your favorites when it comes to Mexican grill?

Think it makes us all crave a nice sunny day when we see beach businesses re-opening. I was recently in Seaside Heights and it was cold and snowing lightly and even though its cool to have the town to yourself, it will be nice to see the lights back on very soon. Of course delicious food never hurts as well lol.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
