What is going on with Gene Simmons on Stage?

I don't know exactly what is going on, but if you forward to 3:42 mark, you see a steady stream of liquid coming from between Gene's legs. Is Gene relieving himself? Perhaps a broken water bottle?? Hmmmmmm
