Sadly, business closings are something we see more and more every day in the Garden State.

The Dollar Store announced it's closing locations, and Bahama Breeze in Toms River suddenly shuttered its doors this past week, and even Big Lots has been hit with closures.

It's not just chains, either. Local mom-and-pop places like Smokies Craft BBQ in Bayville suddenly closed their doors.

They're still open in Downtown Toms River, but it's still alarming.

Walgreens Has Announced Massive Closures

Even pharmacies are struggling right now; we've seen Rite-Aid announce closures across the country, and now it looks like its competitor, Walgreens, is going to be doing the same.

According to APP, if your Walgreens is one of the ones in New Jersey that's set to close, they'll set you up at the next closest Walgreens to your home.

What New Jersey Walgreens Are Getting Ready To Close?

There are over 180 Walgreens locations in the Garden State, and over 8,500 nationwide.

And when it comes to Jersey closures, we're only losing two, according to APP.

The Walgreens in Cherry Hill at 504 Kings Highway North will close on May 19th, and the Walgreens in Peasantville, 855 N. Main Street, will close on June 23rd.

Sadly, Jersey is no stranger to closures; these are all the amazing stores we used to have in our malls that we'd love to see make a comeback.
