Toys R Us Re-Opens In New Jersey TODAY

We all mourned the collective loss of our childhoods when Toys R Us announced they were closing all their stores. The rumors of a comeback started swirling a while ago, and it was finally confirmed that select locations would see the store return.

Now, just in time for your Christmas shopping, Toys R Us is back in New Jersey!

Today at 10am, Geoffrey the Giraffe will be on hand for the ribbon-cutting of a new Toys R Us location - the only drag is that it's not near the Jersey Shore. If you want to shop, you'll have to head to the Garden State Plaza in Paramus.

According to NJ.com, another Toys R Us location is planned for Houston, Texas...so Paramus doesn't sound like such a bad road trip.
