One of my favorite Italian dishes is "calzone". It's like a pizza and a cheese ravioli had a baby lol I think that's the best description I can give you if you never had a calzone.

I have to say I think when it comes to "sushi" it's a love or hate situation for the most part. People who love their sushi are very into it, those who don't even like cooked seafood...really hate raw seafood.

What makes a great hamburger? let's begin with your meat...the burger is the anchor. Nice ground beef is a must and make sure it's seasoned properly. As far as seasoning I don't think you have to go crazy, little pepper and salt...let everyone add their own condiments and build their perfect burger.

Who doesn't love a nice stack of pancakes? It's just a breakfast all-star and people love going to their nearby pancake house and enjoying grilled pancakes dripping in butter and syrup!
