Stafford man was harassing people on the beach in Long Beach, police say
For the second time this month Long Beach Township Police make an arrest of a male creating a disturbance on the 128th Street beach in Beach Haven Terrace.
Police say Shane Henches of Stafford Township was harassing people on the beach Wednesday afternoon and wouldn't leave when asked to by the Beach Patrol Lifeguards.
Henches was arrested for creating a disturbance and resisting and hindering his own apprehension.
Police also found warrants out for his arrest for nonpayment of court ordered child support.
Henches was processed and turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff's Department with a Long Beach Township court date of August 13.
Earlier this month a Pennsylvania man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a beach badge checker.
