So Cute…You Picked The Best “Downtown” Right Here in Ocean County, New Jersey

I'll be honest, going into this story I thought to myself "we really don't have many" here in Ocean County. What I'm talking about is "downtown" areas. Towns that have that "center of town". Many of our towns here around Ocean County are spread out and don't feature a distinctive "downtown" area.

One person, Jim, commented "as much as I hate to say it, I don’t think any town in Ocean County has a great downtown area. Toms River is the best of the bunch though." I was kinda thinking the same thing. We don't see as many "downtown" areas here in Ocean County as we see in other parts of the state. I wanted to see what YOU at home thought and decided to ask YOU the question...what town has the "best downtown section".

So as you can see from your responses it's really down to two locations Toms River and Point Pleasant. I will say I like our small but cute downtown section in Tuckerton. Barnegat has a nice small downtown too. If I am not mistaken New Egypt has a cute Lil downtown area too.
