‘Shakespeare in the Park’ Returns To Toms River

The Toms River Shakespeare Festival will return this summer to perform William Shakespeare's Measure for Measure, directed by TRSF Producing Artistic Director and Founder, Lori Garrabrant.

The performances will take place in Huddy Park August 8th-11th, and there will be a special preview performance on August 7th at the St. Elisabeth Chapel in Ortley Beach. Show times are at 7pm Wednesday - Saturday and at 3pm on Sunday.

This year TRSF has introduced a rain policy. The Ortley Beach performance will move indoors at St. Elisabeth's Chapel in the event of any inclement weather and at Huddy Park, shows will move to Christ Episcopal Church, Toms River. Check the festival's website and sign up for their email newsletter for updates.

There is a suggested donation of $5, and you should bring a blanket or lawn-chair. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from local food vendor, Thyme for All Seasons.
