One is Holgate, Long Beach Island. While Barnegat Light is the northernmost point of LBi, Holgate beach is at the Southernmost point of Long Beach Island. Part of Beach Haven it is a quiet and secluded beach area that is a must see when visiting LBI. You know you reached Holgate, because much like Barnegat Light, the road ends and if you keep going you will be in the Atlantic Ocean lol 😆

Yes an actual sign in Holgate, so obviously no nude beaches at this LBI beach lol Holgate is scenic place to visit just head south on Long Beach Island and keep going all the way til the end of the island.

Another “hidden beach” in Ocean County is Seaside Park. Seaside Park, founded in 1874, is another great beach and will once again be our summer home with 92.7 WOBM. Come visit us with at our RWJ Barnabas Health Seaside Park Studios, beginning Memorial Day Weekend. We have loved spending our summers in Seaside Park for nearly a decade now as we broadcast from the boardwalk.

If you are in Seaside Park, swing by and say hi! We would love to see you :) Check out our Seaside Park photo gallery blow 👇
