Scarecrows Spring Up Around Downtown Toms River

Washington Street in downtown Toms River looks a bit more festive with 20 homemade scarecrows being displayed leading up to this Saturday's Harvest Arts Festival.

Talk a walk around downtown and vote for your favorite scarecrow!  Three winners will be chosen in three different categories. Voting ends October 29th.
