Point Pleasant’s 2016 Earth Day Celebration Is One Month Away

The Point Pleasant Borough Environmental Commission is sponsoring the 12th annual Point Pleasant Earth Day celebration from noon until 4 pm at Riverfront Park on River Road. Earth Day showcases green products, environmental organizations and local and small businesses.

Commission and Borough Council members will be distributing seedlings, courtesy of the state Department of Environmental Protection. There will also be games, children's rides and plenty of food from Jersey Shore BBQ, Shore Fresh Seafood and Cool Concessions.
