Paddle With Mermaids In Toms River
Have you ever done stand-up paddleboarding? I can't believe it's been five years since I first tried it! It's a fun combo of kayaking and surfing.
On Thursday July 26th, the Jersey Shore Mermaids are celebrating the full moon with a Full Moon Paddle! You can bring your own board or rent one from the Mermaids and set out on a 2-mile paddle. The trip leaves Money Island Beach in Toms River, heads to Water Street Bar & Grille for a pitstop for food and drinks, then paddles back to the beach, all under the glow of the full moon.
The cost is $20 if you need to rent a board, and just $5 if you bring your own. Glow lights will be provided, paddlers must be 21 or older.
