Overnight Closure of Route 166 in Toms River This week

This is actually a good thing! The end of the construction on Rt. 166 is oh so close!

Construction crews will be closing Rt. 166 Thursday Night at 10p to remove barriers between Rt. 37 and Old Freehold Road.

The closure will last throughout the overnight and will reopen Friday morning at 6a with TWO LANES open in both directions.

Final paving is set to be completed within the next few weeks.
