Operation Brain Freeze Is Back In Toms River
For the 6th year, the Toms River Police Department will be rewarding local kids for wearing their bike helmets by giving them ice cream!

Operation Brain Freeze started June 14th and will run through September 1st. Kids under the age of 17 who are spotted by TRPD officers wearing their helmets while biking, skateboarding, roller skating, etc, will get a "ticket" good for free ice cream at half a dozen local ice cream shop.
