We trust that the food we purchase from the store day in and day out is safe to eat, so when an issue is found it's concerning to most Americans.

Over the past few months, we've seen more food recalls happening, which is mildly concerning.
Now, I'll give a lot of credit to companies here because they do seem to step up and immediately identify the issue, put out a release about the recalled product in question, and most of the time you can return the product to the store for a refund.
that being said, this past week was a doozy of a week when it came to recalls.
We saw recalls from donuts to broccoli, and several items in between.
the recalls stemmed from the possibility of Listeria to some products not being sealed properly which could lead to bacteria growth and contamination, according to NJ.com.
