The buzz over the net neutrality issue has faded from the headlines, but the battle is still being fought.

Joining New York and Montana (both states with Democratic governors), New Jersey will only sign new contracts with service providers who observe net neutrality.


It was also announced that the state attorney general would be joining 22 others who are suing to block the FCC's repeal of net neutrality.
