Have you trekked along the state's Coastal Heritage Trail?

The trail covers 300 miles from Sandy Hook, all the way down around Cape May, and back up to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. In 2011, the federal government stepped away from being the legislative authority involved in managing the trail, but a new bill proposed by retired Congressman Frank LoBiondo and Senators Cory Booker and Bob Menendez has been signed by the President and will restore federal support to the Trail.

The funds will be used to maintain the trail, and will continue through 2025.
