NASA Has Found The Coldest Place On Earth

Temperatures at "Valkyrie Dome" aka "Dome Fuji", on the East Antarctic Plateau, can reach minus 133.6 degrees Fahrenheit. A team of NASA and US Geological Survey scientists have now officially declared this ridge The Coldest Place On Earth.

Read that again, and think about it. Water freezes at 32 degrees. We've had temps that were about 20 degrees below freezing, but still above zero. This place features temperatures that go over one hundred degrees BELOW ZERO.
