Look Out NJ, A Massive Recall Was Issued For A Popular Kids Toy
We're just a few days into 2024 and a massive recall has been issued not just for New Jersey but across the nation.
It's never something you want to hear, especially when the recall is for a toy you very may well have in your home that your kid loves to play with.

However, it happens.
Just a few weeks ago I told you about the massive Quaker Oats recall that was issued in mid-December.
You can read more on that right here.
What Popular Toy Has Been Issued A Massive Nation Wide Recall?
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall on Relax 5mm Science Kit, Large Hematite Magnets Magnetic Stones Building Blocks which were sold exclusively through Walmart.com according to APP.
My niece loves playing with magnet toys, so this is a seriously scary recall.
Apparently, the magnetic balls are smaller and more powerful than regulations allow and can be a serious choking hazard for kids.
APP reports that if the magnetic balls were to be swallowed they would become attracted to one another in a child's digestive tract and could wreak havoc.
Sold exclusively through Walmart.com through the third party JoyBuy, if you have this magnetic ball set in your home you are able to return it for a full refund.
The magnet kits that are included in this recall would have been sold between February of 2022 and April 2023 and the recall was issued December 28th, 2023.
As of now there are no reported injuries, but roughly 4,420 magnet kits were sold so be sure to check your child's playroom.
