Kickboxing Gym Coming To Ocean County

Shore Kickboxing was founded by a group of Ocean County natives - Sensei Paul is a graduate of Brick Township High School and Centenary University; Sensei Tim was a classmate of mine at Brick Memorial High School before he got his BFA at William Paterson University; and Ms. Jen has a MBA from Monmouth University. All three have studied various martial arts for years under the guidance of Master Mike Rifkin.

Tim has previously managed a two-time “Best of the Best Ocean County: Martial Arts School”, and joined with Paul and Jen to start this new venture.

If you're interested in starting kickboxing, Shore Kickboxing has just announced the opening of their location in the Yorktowne Plaza, at the border of Brick and Toms River. They'll have classes for adults and kids, as well as Cardio Kickboxing (cardio kickboxing sounds more like my style because I'd rather not get kicked in the face).
