For the past twelve years, people have enjoyed the 50s-themed Jackson Diner. The Zimmermann family has been running things for those dozen years, and built up a loyal crowd of regulars that loved the food, the service, and the ambience.

Unfortunately we've seen a lot of small, family-owned businesses like this suffer through the pandemic. A lot of places have had to close their doors for good, and the Zimmermann's announced through Facebook that they had been forced to sell the diner.

Based on the wording of that post, it does seem like a new owner will keep the diner open, but another article I read makes it seem like it could be closed forever, as the entire plaza could possibly be sold. With the identity of the buyer still unknown, it could be a situation where someone bought the building with the goal to be part of a larger sale.
