Is This The Worst Intersection In Ocean County?

I live in Lakewood, and work in Toms River. My daily commute includes the intersection of Route 37 and Route 166, which is dreadful.

Heading east on 37, there's a jughandle that turns you onto 166. The issues arise when people decide they're going to push through a light, then end up blocking the right lane that comes out of the jug. It forms a closed loop of cars, where no one can move forward, and if no one from the middle lane yields, it can go on forever.

This video comes from the YouTube channel of a delivery driver, who put together a 10-minute highlight (lowlight?) reel of idiots who can't drive. He published the video just a week ago, and says all the clips come from the last four months.
