New Jersey’s Most Historic Fast Food Spot Is One Of The Oldest In America
The New Jersey food scene is filled with amazing restaurants, hole-in-the-wall finds, and amazing little mom-pop run shops that will leave you wanting more.
You don't have to go far either; in Ocean Gate alone where my wife and I live we have Linda's Pizza and the Anchor In within a stone's throw from our house.
Amazing pizza, steaks, seafood, and ice-cold beers with tons of local charm.
But sometimes you need something quick, fast, and easy and that's where fast food comes in handy, but even New Jersey fast food is unique.
For example, we have Taco-Tastic's new drive-through location off 37 where the old Farm Store used to be.
Taco-Tastci isn't fast food, but it is good food fast.

We also have the only two Roy Rogers in the state right here in Ocean County, in Pine Beach and Brick.
But did you know that Jersey is also home to one of the most historic fast-food joints in the country?
One Of America's Most Historic Fast Food Joints Is In NJ
Known for its little sliders topped with cheese and onions, this fast food spot got its start during the World's Fair in 1939, but didn't set up its permanent home until 1946.
According to Love Food, it's more than just a burger, a piece of American history when you pick up some grub from the legendary White Manna Burger Shop.
The store is small, but filled with history and charm, not much has changed since it opened nearly 90 years ago.
Located at 358 River Street in Hackensack, White Manna is a food icon in New Jersey.
New Jersey is also home to some pretty amazing dive bars you'll want to check out.
