What I love about the Seaside Heights Boardwalk is that, for the most part, it doesn't change too much; you've still got the bars and restaurants you love, as well as the fun shops and games that we all grew up enjoying.

However, the stretch of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk in front of Ocean View sees changes from year to year in the little kiosks on the boardwalk.

Grill My Dill is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar location on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, just in time for the summer of 2026.
This may be one of the most unique food spots on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk, once it's open and operational.
What Does Grill My Dill Sell?
They're going to sell pickled flavored drinks, pickles on a stick, and of course, they're going to have the pickle press operational, so they can make all sorts of wild pickle creations for your enjoyment.
And before you knock this, it's worth giving it a try. I was not a "pickle on a stick" fan until I had one at a Renaissance fair a few years ago, and they are surprisingly tasty!
Plus, since the pickles are on a stick, it gives you a free hand to fight off the seagulls that'll try to dive bomb you while you eat your tasty pickle treats.
