Do you know of any awesome, charitable events at the Jersey Shore?

That answer better be YES because there are LOTS!

Please share 🙏 Thank you!

These events help to raise awareness about various diseases or to raise funds for those in need.

But these same events must usually be pulled off on an extremely limited budget. So let me get to the point....we need your help.

The Maddy Massabni Foundation is hosting an outdoor fashion show in Rumson coming up on May 23rd and they are in need of chairs and tables for the 3-hour event.

Let's pause real quick so I can tell you what this foundation is all about.

According to their website:

Don’t Shock Me is a non-profit (501C3) foundation dedicated to raising awareness and educate as many teenage girls and women about the association between tampon use and Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

Toxic shock syndrome, or TSS, is a quietly lethal and prevalent complication of certain types of bacterial infections, the symptoms of which are often mistaken for common illnesses. Undetected, it can ravage an otherwise healthy body within in a matter of days. It is often misdiagnosed as the stomach bug and flu.

It was created in honor of 19-year-old Maddy Massabni, who lost her life to TSS on March 30, 2017.

Okay....back to the supplies this foundation needs for the event.

According to a flyer posted on Facebook, they need at least 50 white folding chairs (this number will change depending on COVID restrictions) that can be used on grass and four 6-foot tables.

As a thank you, the Maddy Massabni Foundation is going to gift any business who donates supplies a full page in their event catalog for publicity.

This need could be met by local party rental shops, community centers, restaurants and more. So here is what I need YOU to do.

If you are someone who is willing to donate these supplies, please email Jordan.Grace.Robinson@Gmail.com and you must CC Don'tShockMe19@aol.com.

If you can't, reach out to those who you think can. Please share this article far and wide so that someone who CAN help can get involved.

Thank you in advance.
