Checkpoints Happening On Saturday in Seaside and Nearby Towns

There might not be actual Checkpoints (but more than likely there will be), as officials are calling the extra police presence this Saturday "Traffic Enforcement Detail" between 3 pm and 11 pm.

Police in Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, Lavallette, and Point Pleasant Beach will have extra patrols on the road looking for signs of impaired and erratic driving.

Of course, this Saturday is the Seaside Heights St. Patrick's Day Parade which is known as a big drinking day so cops will definitely be out in full force.
