On Thursday August 8th, the BlueClaws will celebrate the most Jersey food there is, pork roll (and egg and cheese, too)!
The team put the voting in the hands of the fans to see whether the team would wear a cap celebrating pork roll or egg or cheese, and the winner is: PORK ROLL!

I like the pork roll logo best, but I'm partial to the color scheme for egg. All three are awesome though!
