This might be the cynic in me just coming out, but I am not a fan of all the "alternate" jerseys that MLB has been producing the past few years.

I'm not even a fan of those different-colored Yankee jerseys that were popular a while ago (full disclosure, I have a green Yankee jersey, but it was given as a gift, and I literally only wear it around St. Patrick's Day). I'm not saying that Major League Baseball shouldn't support charities, I'm just saying that doing all these uniform stunts just feels like a cash grab, squeezing every penny from a fanbase that already pays a ton of money for tickets.

Will you be buying any of this special event gear?
