Cape May, NJ Beachgoers Boo Ship Blocking Last Sunset of Labor Day Weekend
The only thing worse than reconciling that summer at the Jersey Shore is essentially over, is having your view it's last sunset blocked.
Beachgoers in Cape May took to the sand Monday to catch the Labor Day sunset.
On the horizon was a beautiful view with majestic pink, orange, and blue colors streaking across the sky as the sun began to go down.
But just as the sun met with the water line, a giant vessel blocked viewers from watching it set.

The 'boos' were audible, as you can hear below, (courtesy Sam Oropeza via wttwpodcast/Instagram).
What terrible timing huh? It's to tell what kind of boat or ship lead to sunset interruptus, but it was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and people were not happy.
