A new Wawa is coming to Brick, at the corner of Route 88 and Jack Martin Boulevard.

There has been an on-going battle between developers and residents in the area about what should or should not be built on that site. The Brick Board of Adjustment voted on the issues and settled on allowing the Wawa (with 16 fuel pumps), a 4,500 square foot bank and a 7,000 square foot commercial building, 3,000 square feet of which will be dedicated to a 124-seat restaurant. The new application also reduced the number of parking spaces from 135 to 110.

There are already four Wawas in Brick, two on Brick Boulevard, one on Lanes Mill Road, and one on Drum Point Road. Are you excited for a new Wawa?
