10 Best Local Gyms At The Jersey Shore, According To Lifters

I wouldn't consider myself a gym rat; however, I do take my physical fitness pretty seriously. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, I'm at the gym for strength training. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, I strap on my running shoes and do a minimum of 3 miles to get some cardio training in.

That being said, I still eat pizza, drink beer, and enjoy an ice cream cone in the summertime; it's all about balance.

I've noticed that more and more gyms are popping up all over the place in New Jersey. Some places are major chain gyms, like Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness. And there's nothing wrong with those gyms, especially if you're just getting into it for the first time. They offer decent equipment, some training, and memberships aren't going to break the bank.
