One Of The Best Chicken Sandwiches In The Country Is Made In Jersey City, NJ
There's nothing quite like biting into a juicy, delicious, mouthwatering fried chicken sandwich topped with some cool lettuce, aioli, some cheese, and maybe some pickles to top it off.
When a chicken sandwich is done up right, it can really be one of the best foods on the planet in my opinion.
For example, last year on our anniversary my wife and I went to Philadelphia for a long weekend and grabbed some chicken sandwiches from a food truck near Love Park called Chewy's, and it was one of the best sandwiches I'd ever had.
The chicken was perfectly fried, but not greasy, the toppings were piled high and the roll was perfectly toasted.
But who would you say has the best chicken sandwich in New Jersey?
And I'm not looking for a place like Chic-Fil-A, Burger King, or Mcdonald's, I mean a locally owned mom-and-pop local place. The food always tastes better at those.

Here's Where To Find The Best Chicken Sandwich In New Jersey
It's not at a Royal Farm Either, even though their chicken is pretty darn good.
No, according to Love Food, New Jersey's best chicken sandwich can be found in Jersey City in a little restaurant called the House Of Hot Chicken.
Their chicken sandwich is fried to perfection and spiced up to your taste preference and then piled high with slaw and sauce and served up on a fluffy brioche bun.
Honestly, my mouth is watering just thinking of this thing of beauty!
Located at 138 Newark Avenue, it may be worth a trip to Jersey City to chow down on the state's best chicken sandwich and enjoy some views of the NYC Skyline!
Oh, and don't forget to wash it down with an ice-cold local NJ beer!
