Okay, that sounds pretty shady, but what if I told you it's a legit pizza place, and the whole back alley thing is just their schtick?

It may sound made up, but it's 100 percent real, and from what I'm hearing, it also may be some of the best pizza you can get in Jersey.

Granted, I love talking up pizza spots around Ocean and Monmouth Counties, but every now and then, we'll travel to the Southern part of the state so we can check out some pizza spots that may be worth a little day trip.
And according to TikTok user TwoChomp, this may be Jersey's most unique, underground pizza shop that you'll want to check out.

Back Door Pizza Is New Jersey's Most Unique Pizza Spot
The pizza shop in question is called Back Door Pizza, and as the name implies, the pizzas are sold out of the back door of a strip mall and in an alley.
So how does it work?
Well, you order online at Back Door Pizza's website, confirm your pick-up time, and then drive to the back alley to pick up your pie(s).
Back Door Pizza's Are Made Fresh, And The Reviews Are Astounding, According To NJ Foodies
All of their pizza is made fresh to order, and they have some pretty intense varieties.
It's more of a thin-crust pizza spot, so if that's not something you like, this may not be the pizza place for you. Personally, I can't wait to give this place a try.
Located in Cherry Hill, their pizzas aren't too unreasonably priced; most of them come in between $17 and $20 for a pie and are loaded up with toppings.
