Baby Varacchi Is One Year Old!

It's been a while since I posted about Baby Varacchi...but that time seems to have flown by, and I can barely believe that I am the father of a one-year-old!

We got some professional pix for her first birthday too:

We had her 1st Birthday party last weekend, and I want to give a gigantic thanks to Jenni Cakes in Toms River! They made us an incredible cake that everyone at the party raved about. It was beautiful and delicious - seriously, our entire family was talking about how great it looked and how great it tasted.

Baby Varacchi loves Sesame Street, and specifically Elmo - I gave the crew at Jenni Cakes that info and they ran with it! We got a half chocolate/half yellow cake with chocolate pudding, which I highly recommend.

I know it's a cliche to say that I can't imagine my life without her...but it's true. It really does feel like just yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. It's a weird sensation because it feels like everything has happened so fast, but it also feels like she's been here forever.
